Responsibilities:

Cislo Title is looking for a dedicated, hardworking individual to join our team! If you are detail oriented, organized, and driven, then we have the perfect position for you!

A Title Examiner needs to be able to review and interpret recorded documents to generate requirements and exceptions on a title commitment necessary to insure the real property according to underwriting standards. The Examiner will research properties remotely through a web-based electronic plant as well as searching County records. They will also abstract copies of deeds, mortgages, liens, and any other recorded documentation affecting title. Reading and verifying metes and bounds legal descriptions along with lot / sub legal descriptions by researching the property, address, and owner’s information will be a primary responsibility. Must have a high degree of accuracy, excellent research and organizational skills. Having a Resident Title Producer’s license is preferred, along with three years of exam experience. Knowledge in Qualia and/or Data Trace is a bonus as well!
